Frank leads AMB's financial modeling, CIM preparation, and negotiation strategy, and manages client engagements from first call through closing.

He has founded and operated multiple businesses — and sold one of his own through the same process AMB runs for clients — giving him a ground-level read on what sellers face. Tereno leads business development, builds and operates SKAI (AMB's proprietary AI outreach system), and provides CFO-level financial expertise.
